CIMDB is a free to use video entertainment network featuring full-length movies, TV shows, and original programming, bringing viewers television programs, shows, movies, films, trailers, videos, and music. CIMDB is available on platforms including connected TVs, mobile devices, set-top boxes, video game consoles and online at cimdb.tv.

We are an online video platform that enables customers and clients to create their own TV channel and publicize it, create, and edit video playlists, centrally manage a library of videos, and create embeddable players for videos in your library, all wrapped up in an extremely friendly user interface. There are other services CIMDB can be used for. Our goal is to offer the very best and well thought out tools for working with web-based video. CIMDB is a video service and social network that allows you to stream video over the internet.

A. CIMDB is extremely versatile and can be used in many ways.

1. Create your own full screen, high-definition, web TV channel (and become your own media Producer). Soon you’ll be able to broadcast the same channel to Cable and Satellite TV as well.

2. Watch web TV channels created by people from all over the world. Collect, archive, and maintain an independent library of all your favorite web video clips.

3. As a video discovery and social network sharing system (www.cimdb.tv). Store a viewable copy in your library or collection at the same time – so you can always find it again.

Q. How much does it cost? Is there a fee to watch CIMDB?

A. CIMDB membership is free. VIP Membership features are available online.

Q. Why invest into this site?

A. Choosing a site to invest your time or money into is a significant decision, particularly if you are entrusting that site with your content, effort, brand, and creativity. It takes time to learn all the features of a new website and get involved in its community. You want to know that the site will be there in the future and continue to innovate ahead. We have been conceptualizing and planning CIMDB and we plan to be around a lot longer. This is more than just a ‘business' to us, it’s a passion and a journey. Q. How many videos or TV shows are on the CIMDB channel?

A. It varies. As we continue to get more and more television content there will be more programs added to the line-up on the channel, but it will always vary.

Q. What are the system requirements to use CIMDB?

A. An internet connection and a browser with the most recent version of Macromedia Flash Player installed.

Q. How do I create an account?

A. Sign up on CIMDB at cimdb.tv. Please provide us with your desired username, a valid email address, and your date of birth. We will send a confirmation message to your email. Please click on the activation link in the email to activate your account.

Q. Where can I download the CIMDB logo or app?

A. The logo and apps are available for download at cimdb.tv. Please read the terms and conditions on the use of our logo and apps.

Q. How do I advertise on CIMDB?

A. We have recently added advertising to the Network. For more information and to request advertising rates contact Customer Support at cimdb.tv.

Q. Can I purchase episodes of CIMDB shows?

A. Episodes are not available for purchase at this time.

Q. How can I purchase music videos?

A. We are unable to send you any videos from our collection due to the agreements and contracts with record labels and management companies. You can purchase music videos from the shop online store.

Q. I have a great idea for a program or show.

A. CIMDB welcomes music videos from inspirational artists and program ideas or suggestions. However, you must include the proper documentation along with your submission. For online forms download at cimdb.tv. It is CIMDB policy to accept or consider creative materials, ideas, or suggestions other than those we specifically request. Visit our Terms of Service for more information about submissions.

Q. I am a Christian producer/filmmaker/artist/musician, how can I submit my work to be considered to be aired on CIMDB?

A. Submit your request to air your Christian work(s) such as; films, movies, TV shows, video clips, etc. to cimdb.tv. Please include your name, contact information, and best time to reach you. We will also need to review your video footage either in H.264, HD 1080i, Quicktime Movie, Apple ProRes, Mpeg4, mov, mp4, or mpeg. Note that DVDs will not be returned.

Only Christian, gospel, or inspirational video footage will be considered. To submit Christian and inspirational music videos for consideration for airplay on the television network, you must include the proper documentation along with your submission. View and download forms at the bottom of this page. Read and review policies and procedures for consideration of your productions or music video(s) to air.

Q. May I submit program ideas to CIMDB?

A. Yes, CIMDB appreciates your interest in suggesting ideas, but for legal reasons, we only accept submissions from television production companies with national or major market production credentials, producers, and artists with copyrighted material. You must comply with our submission guidelines. Because of the volume of inquiries, it is important to follow this procedure since Customer Services cannot address these submissions.

Q. Is CIMDB available overseas?

A. We are currently available in the United States, streaming online nationwide and overseas.

Q. How can I watch CIMDB in my area?

A. CIMDB can be viewed online, on various cable and satellite providers in certain areas. Please check availability in your area at cimdb.tv.

Q. Why is CIMDB not available on my cable provider? How can I get the channel?

A. The cable and satellite providers make the decisions on programming. We are in ongoing negotiations with a variety of providers so that we may be added to their service, but in the meantime, there are a number of ways to urge your specific provider to add CIMDB to their lineup:

1. When you pay your bill each month, write a note on the bill requesting that they add CIMDB to their service.

2. Call or write to your cable’s marketing representatives and let them know that you want the channel.

Q. Why do you have commercials?

A. CIMDB is an ad-supported network available in the US. Running commercials with our programming allows us to ensure that CIMDB's service remains free to you in this region. We hope you continue streaming movies and shows on CIMDB.

Q. Why are your commercials so much louder than the show?

A. Advertisers sometimes use compression so that they can have everything in the commercial at the same audio level, which is typically at the max it is allowed. Also, local cable companies often insert their own ads that are even louder than the audio levels of regular commercials.

Q. Who should I contact about a video or audio reception problem?

A. Please call the customer service department of your local cable or satellite operator to report reception problems.

Q. Why can't I get your full episodes or other videos to play?

A. Please ensure that all ad-blocking software is disabled when trying to watch video on CIMDB. Ad blockers will prevent the episodes from playing properly.

Q. How do I watch CIMDB in High Definition?

A. CIMDB HD is a separate channel that simulcasts in high definition. CIMDB will be available on DirecTV, Time Warner, AT & T, Dish Network, and most cable systems. If you do not receive CIMDB, please call your cable or satellite operator or request at cimdb.tv.

Q. How can I find out when a show will be aired on CIMDB channels?

A. CIMDB schedule can be found on the Schedule tab of our website or via your local listings.

Q. How can I get in touch with my favorite actor from my favorite program or show?

A. The best way to get in touch with the actors from any programs or shows aired on CIMDB would be to send a letter to the production company who creates the shows.

Q. How do I build a TV Schedule?

A. Sign up if you don't have one. When you're signed in, search for a favorite TV show, movie or person and click 'ADD TO TV SCHEDULE below the page title or use the ADD menus below photos throughout the site. This will add the item into your TV Schedule. Then select CIMDB from the top navigation bar to access your TV Schedule. Sign up at cimdb.tv

Q. How do I get email reminders?

A. Start building up the list of your favorites in your TV Schedule. Then, check your settings in Your Account to ensure you've selected to receive email TV reminders.

Q. When will I receive email reminders?

A. You will receive reminder emails once a week.

Q. Can I get a reminder sent by SMS or some other way?

A. We currently only support reminders by email.

Q. How do I unsubscribe from CIMDB emails?

A. You can change your email preferences by contacting cimdb.tv.

Q. I've forgotten or lost my password.
